Humming meditation is an incredibly powerful meditation. The humming serves as a vehicle to transport you into the present moment. The powerful vibrations can open up breathing pathways and loosen up our muscles. Hum along or just let the frequencies from your headphones or speakers echo through your body.

Today we're going to do a humming meditation. Now humming isn't some quack, make believe stuff. We know that it has a powerful effect because we, when we hear bass of a song, we feel it in our gut. And so by humming or even just listening to humming these vibrational frequencies that are Humphrey, you can do so many positive things in our body, they can clear away any blockages. They can clear up our nasal passageways. 

And when we breathe better, we get more oxygen to our blood, which can get more healing oxygen to our muscles and every part of our body which lives on oxygen carried through our blood. Just as when we listen to beautiful music, we are instantly relaxed. And like any mantra, humming gives our brain a chance to switch off from the normal thinking state and enter a deep relaxed meditative state. So let's begin 

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down close your eyes and you can either join along or just let these vibrations from my voice Pierce every cell of your body allowing for total release of any negativity if you choose to join along you may hum however you like and you can even increase the effect by putting your thumbs in your ear and you'll feel the vibrations much more strongly so just relax close your eyes and we'll begin

Now slowly open your eyes to bring that peaceful energy to the rest of your day.

Just focus on the humming, let your thoughts turn towards focus on the sound and feeling the vibrations
